Passage of Time
_____________________________________________
It's been gently accepted in the back of peoples minds, that some seem to go through time faster or slower than others; perhaps it has to do with the trails traveled, mountains crossed, or skills learnt...
There's been a vague curiosity about it, but has otherwise been brushed off by the people of Kokoata.
*This is to explain away those who would write with their Avatars far more frequently than others, and would age faster, vs. those who only write once a month and hardly change at all!

Guidelines:
. You may pass the day/night once per post
. Not everything is reliant on the passage of time
. Some things rely on the passage of time in-game
. Some things rely on the passage of time out-of-game
. 1 sentence = 1 minute

[example]

Time:
Time passes in Kokoata likened to the real-world:
60 minutes = 1 hour
12 hours per day/night
24 hours for a full day/night cycle
30 days = month
12 months = year
Shared Time:
This applies to individual Avatars & shared Roleplays; When Mary passes a day, it does not apply to Joe unless they're both in the same thread.
Passing the day counts towards all of an individual Avatars threads; if Joe decides to take a 7-day hike, his Garden plants will grow, Eggs will incubate, and other 'time-passage-requirement' activities will be impacted!
If you're writing with other players, make sure to check in with them (whether through OOC notes or Direct Messages) regarding when everyone involved in the RP, wants to pass into the next day.
Application of Time:
Time is only a necessity where a system demands it; your thread must meet the sentence requirement for the '3 days' it takes to walk out of a forest.
Your roleplay may have more than the given requirement, but not less. Extra time written, will not count towards other activities.
